“Good judgement is the ability to learn from your mistakes before you make them.” At Gee Associates we believe that by following certain principles, leaders can be far more effective and far less prone to poor judgement.

We are not talking here about management, which are a tangible and measurable set of skills, but about leadership. Leadership is essentially about taking a group of followers on a journey – a much more challenging set of competencies. But leadership is not mysterious or mystical – it can be taught and it can be learned.
